I washed and blow dried my hair before I went to my appointment for a sew in. They told me they blow dry hair differently and charged me additional $5 to blow dry it. This charge is not even on their website. Also make sure you check every part of your hair before you leave because if you don't, they will NOT work with you to make sure you are satisfied with their work even if it is within 24 hours. I have patronized this business since 2010 and I no longer will do that. Very disappointed in customer service.

I went back to salon and paid the $25 to get my hair cut to better frame my hair around my face because I couldn't stand to leave my hair the way it was. The receptionist told me I had to pay although I just had my hair done yesterday afternoon for $112 which I explained to her. Sadaja saved the day and did an excellent job! If I go back she is the ONLY reason. Very seasoned professional and experienced in cutting and styling.
